| Reservation of the Right to Modify The services, programs and policies of Concordia College are continually being reviewed and changed, in order to better achieve its educational mission. Therefore, the College reserves the right to revise this handbook from time to time without notice. The handbook is not a contract, so students should use it as an information guide and not as a statement of contractually binding terms. If changes are made, the college will make reasonable efforts to inform students of the changes.
