Welcome to the West Central Small Business Development Center at Offutt School of Business at Concordia College.

We provide business consulting assistance at no charge to support Minnesota small business owners within our nine county service territory in developing strategies, locating customers, improving sales and enhancing profitability. The center’s consulting staff has extensive business experience in marketing, finance and accounting, operations, business planning and business management.
