The Northwest Small Business Development Center (NW SBDC) at the Offutt School at Concordia College offers free one-on-one expert help to entrepreneurs starting and growing small businesses in Minnesota.

The NW SBDC is a public and private partnership supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), Concordia College and other local partners.

Through our programs and services, the center provides development assistance and comprehensive business consulting to start-up and emerging business owners in nine Minnesota counties including: Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Kittson, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Polk, Pennington, Red Lake, Roseau.
