Loan Payment Calculators

The loan calculator is to provide an estimate of individual and summary payments for possible business loans. It also provides a breakdown of loans and contributing equity. You may enter up to five (5) different loans and contributing equity. This calculator will not save versions; if you wish to keep a record of your versions, you must print each version. You must allow blocked content in some internet browsers to complete calculations.

Instructions
For each loan enter:
1. Loan descriptor or name
2. Total dollar amount of loan - Enter dollar amounts without commas
3. Annual interest rate - Enter interest rate as 7.5 for 7.5% annual rate
4. Loan period in years
Calculate each loan by clicking on the compute button. Payment information will be provided under the compute button for each individual loan. Each loan is calculated separately; click on each compute button for each loan.

If you are contributing any equity for your business, enter the following for each contribution:
1. Equity descriptor or name
2. Total funds or value - Enter dollar amounts without commas
The summary of all loans and payments will be provided at the bottom of the calculator. To compute, click on ‘Compute Loan Totals’ button. It will provide total loan payment based on the information entered.

To understand the total business investment, click on ‘Compute Capital Summary’ for a breakdown of loans and contributing equity.
