Opportunities abound for Hedmark students to study at Concordia! Concordia College and Hedmark University College have an exchange agreement that allows for easy student mobility between the schools.  This page provides information to Hedmark students interested in study at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, USA.  Students from Hedmark are well prepared for study at Concordia!

Concordia College offers a high quality of education on a safe and friendly campus.  We have extraordinarily active and award winning international programs.  Hedmark students at Concordia receive outstanding financial assistance from Concordia and from Lånekassen, and a year abroad at Concordia can cost less than staying in Norway.

Hedmark Teacher Education, Music, PE, and Biology students have successfully studied at Concordia, and we have opportunities for almost all students.  We offer more than 60 academic and pre-professional programs so our class selection is good.  You can browse our catalog online and check the class schedules.

Applying is as easy as 1-2-3!  Please complete and send to us this material:

  1. College application
  2. Transcript from Hedmark and Vitnemål (or IB Diploma) from your secondary school
  3. Recommendation from the International Coordinator at your campus

There is no fee to apply, and no test of English is required if you are recommended.  As soon as we receive your material we will review your application and let you know the result within two weeks.

Hedmark is one of Concordia's longest running and most valuable exchange programs.  Faculty from both schools are familiar with the offerings of the other schools, and so it should be easy to get your program of study at Concordia approved by Hedmark.
