Important: In this tutorial, make sure you always
print the presentation handouts with 6 slides per page if you are asked to.
1) Select Office Button --> Print.
2) In the Print What section, select
Handouts (6 slides per page)
3) Click the check box for Gray Scale
or Pure Black and White (unless you are using a color printer)
4) Then print the file.
Complete the tutorial and print out the results to hand in as requested.
Also complete Case problem #1 (page PPT 79), and hand in the printouts with the tutorial printout above. Write your name on the top page.
After-class assignment:
Complete a practice quiz on PowerPoint Tutorial 2.
Prepare for a quiz on PowerPoint Tutorials 1 - 2 next time (Some of the questions will be from practice quizzes).
