There are several different slides in these boxes. Most of the slides have a section of the trachea on them. Look at the 100 X micrograph above get your bearings and then look at the tracheal lining with the 40X objective. The trachea is lined with a pseudostratified columnar epithelium that contains goblet cells and has cilia.
