4/28/06 - The final exams are graded. Your grade on the final, grade for the course and letter grade for the course are posted under the Current Grades Link. The average score on the final exam for this section was 78. The average score on the final for both sections was 76. There will not be a curve applied to the final exam grades or the course grades. If you would like your exam, you can stop by my office and pick it up. Please check that I have the correct scores for your assignments and exams. If you would like to dispute a grade, you must do so by 2 pm on Monday (I will be in my office on Monday from 10 am until 2 pm). I will submit grades to the registrar on Monday afternoon.
4/19/06 - The final exam is on Thursday, April 27 at 8:30 am. A practice exam will be posted today. Solutions will be posted by Monday. My office hours for the remainder of the semester are:
3/22/06 - Exam 3 is on Wednesday, March 29 during class. It will cover Chapter 11 (sections 1-10). You may use a calculator and the handout on the different tests for the exam. We will review in class on Monday, March 27. A practice exam is posted and solutions will be posted by Friday. The writing project is also posted under the handouts and overheads link.
2/10/06 - I can not make it today due to weather. Read section 8.1 (p. 547-552). Do the homework that is posted on the homework page for Monday. Exam 2 will NOT be postponed. It is still on Wednesday, 2/15. We will review in class on Monday, 2/13.
2/6/06 - Exam 2 is on Wednesday, February 15 during class. It will cover sections 7.1, 7.2, 7.4-7.8 and 8.1. You may use a calculator on the exam. We will review in class on Monday, February 13.
2/1/06 - There will be no class on Friday, 2/3. I will be back on Monday, 2/6.
1/27/05 - I will be gone on Monday and Tuesday of next week. Dr. Anderson will teach class on Monday. The homework for Monday and Wednesday is posted under the Homework link.

1/16/05 - Exam 1 is on Friday, January 20 during class. It will cover sections 6.1-6.4. You may use a calculator on the exam. We will review in class on Wednesday, January 18.
