Research

My research interests include discrete math and its applications to biology. Check out ISU's Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Department. This is really cool stuff that makes my biology degree worth something...

At long last, I have finished my Ph.D. in Math. It only took six looooong gut-wrenching years. My thesis was entitled Enumeration and Symmetry of Edit Metric Spaces.  It's the sequel to my Master's thesis Sphere Packing Bounds on Edit Metric Codes.
