This site contains practice exercises with their solutions, as well as a set of PowerPoint slides for each chapter. These slides (or a modified version of them) will be used in class. Occasionally, they will be supplemented with other material. Supplemental material will be posted here. Please note that all slides are meant to be outlines for the lecture/chapter and are not a substitute for reading the book. If you are planning to print the slides, please print multiple slides per page in order to save paper.
