Speech Communication and Theatre Art Department
The Speech Communication and Theatre Art Department offers majors in
Communication, Theatre, and Speech-Theatre Education. Concentrations
are available in Organizational Communication, Advertising and Public
Relations, Mass Media and General Communication.
Additionally the department sponsors co-curricular activities in
forensics (debate and individual events), theatre, and media (Kord
Radio and Concordia On-Air-a weekly video magazine).
The department has thirteen full-time faculty members and is housed
in the Olin building. Approximately 200 students are currently
majoring in the department.
