Finding articles - search tips Search vocab for databases
Example search: "health care" (or) "healthcare" (and) costs. Try search in various databases.
EBSCO Megafile includes: Academic Search Premier,
Business Source and Masterfile. You can add
CINAHL to your search by clicking on Choose Databases and selecting
CINAHL Plus with Full-text.
After you search you can limit by source type. Ex.:
Search Hipaa, then primary source documents.
Choose an article with
references. Click on the references. What do you find?
NAICS search is available, use the
dropdown next to the search box. Search 622110 as IC NAICS
Note: You may need to add 0s to make 6 digits for searching
Ex.: NAICS for Home
Health care is 62161 add 0 and search 621610
LexisNexis - news
articles, television transcripts, business news, medical news, legal
Click on the blue Subject Areas button on the
left, click on Health and Medical.
