You can access the templates by entering the probem number at the end of the following web address: http://www.cord.edu/faculty/bfoss/   For example, for problem 4-4, you would enter: http://www.cord.edu/faculty/bfoss/P4-4.XLS   The web is case sensitive so make sure you enter the P and XLS are capitals.  Many of the problems for chapters 4-12 and 14 have templates.
