Full Screen and ZOOM
Suggestions for making projections more readable for students:
Full Screen
- Using Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, you can press F11
(Full Screen) to hide tool bars etc. Then press F11 again to
restore the normal view.
- Using Word and Excel, you can click on View and then Full Screen
to hide the tool bars etc. Also you can hold down the Alt key and
press V (for view) and then press U (for full screen). In 07 Word and Excel, you can press Esc to turn off the full screen.
- Using Adobe Reader, you can press the F9 key hide or show the
tool bar and hold down the Ctrl key and press H (to hide???) to show or leave the
reading mode.
Zoom
- You can use the wireless mouse to zoom in and out by pressing
down on the wheel (a plus sign will apear at the cursor) and then roll
the wheel.
- Using Inernet Explorer, you can zoom in and out by holding down
the the Ctrl key and then press the + or - keys. This will even
change the size of videos.
- Using Mozilla Firefox, you can zoom in and out by holding down
the Ctrl key and then press the + or - keys. This seems to only
change text size.
- Using Word and Excel, you can click on View, click on Zoom and
then choose the % desired, Also you can hold down the Alt key and
press V (for view) and then press Z (for zoom).
- Using Adobe Reader again you can zoom with Ctrl key and + or -
