Power Point Presentation Mode

1.  Right click on the desktop and select Properties.
2.  Click on the Settings tab.
3.  Click on the second monitor (the one with the “2” on it).
4.  Click on "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor"  box to put check mark in it
5.  Click apply.
6.  You may close theDisplay Propeties window by clicking on the X.

1.  Open PowerPoint.
2.  Click on Slide Show
3.  On "Show presentation on" drop down menu, select Monirot 3 Default.
4.  Click on "Use Presentation View"  

5.  Start your slide show.

1.  On classrom computer, hold down the Fn key on lower left of keyboard and Press F4 slowly (wait 5 seconds for the change) until the projector and computer are both the same.
2.  Turn off projector or use for other applications.
