04 05 Amsterdam
May 4 - Arrived at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport at noon (Amsterdam time). Had an 8 hour layover so we took the train to central Amsterdam. We walked to the Anne Frank House (Huis) Museum, getting slightly lost along the way. There were no cameras allowed inside so there are no pictures available, except the entrance. This was a very solemn day because it was Remembrance Day. While on the plane, we observed two minutes of silence to remember those who had died in WWII.
No cameras were allowed inside, but here is the outside of the building.
