Ace Gregg is in his third year as the head coach for the Concordia women's hockey team. Before that time he was the assistant coach for the Cobbers for the past two seasons.

In his first season as coach in 2006-07, the Cobbers went 9-11-2 overall and 8-9-1 in conference play. The eight MIAC wins was the most for a CC team since the 2002-03 campaign. In 2008-09 Gregg led the team to the MIAC playoffs by finishing fourth in the league. Concordia posted a 7-7-4 record in MIAC play and had 10 overall wins.

Coach Gregg holds a degree in Health and Physical Education from North Dakota State University. While at NDSU, he played  both football and hockey. He later coached the NDSU men's club team, before  moving on to coach the very successful Fargo South Girl’s Varsity team as well  as the North Dakota Select Team.

Gregg was named ND “Coach of the Year”  both years he coached the Fargo South team. 

He and his wife, Nikki, and their children Trinity and Dawson live in Fargo.
