Steph Mayclin
is in her first season as an assistant coach for the Cobber women's basketball team. She was hired in the summer of 2008. Steph is in charge of the Cobber women's basketball JV team and is also an assistant coach for the varsity program.

Mayclin was a standout player for UM-Crookston from 2001-2005. She was a 1,000-point scorer for the Golden Eagles in her four seasons. In her senior season she led the team in 3-point field goals (55) and 3-point field goal percentage (42.6%). She finished her final year with a 12.2 points per game average. She also led the team in assists (124) and steals (47).

She was named to the NSIC All-Conference Second Team in 2004-05 and was ranked 11th in the nation in 3-point field goal percentage. Mayclin was named the NSIC Player of the Week on Nov. 22, 2004.

After her playing days she returned to UM-Crookston to serve as an assistant coach.
