Darrin Olmscheid had a game-high 24 points including the game-tying 3-pointer at the end of regulation in CC's 80-74 win.

Darrin Olmscheid started the 2009-10 season with a bang as he hit a game-tying 3-point basket at the end of regulation and then led the Cobbers to an 80-74 OT win over UM-Morris in the season opener for both teams. Olmscheid finished with a game-high 24 points as CC won their second straight opener over UMM. Recap

The entire 2009-10 Concordia basketball program spent last season earning valuable experience. Head coach Rich Glas spent the year learning the ins and outs of MIAC basketball and the team found out how to win games with a completely new group of players. 2009-10 Season Preview
