Brady Larson is in his second season as the top assistant for the men's basketball team. Prior to coming to Concordia he was the top assistant for Hamline University for two seasons. Larson earned his bachelor's degree in education from University of North Dakota in 2000. While at North Dakota, Brady played for current Cobber head coach Rich Glas for five seasons. He was a two-year captain at UND and led the team to the second round of the 2000 NCAA Div. II Tournament. Larson was a Mr. Basketball Finalist in 1995 while attending St. Francis High School. Larson spent three seasons (2003-06) as the top assistant coach at Lake Superior State University (Mich.). While at Lake Superior State he recruited many of the players who helped the team advance to the 2009 NCAA Tournament - the school's first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1996. He also served as an assistant at Minnesota State University Mankato from 2001-03 and St. Francis High School (2000-01). His father Ron is a member of the Minnesota Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame. His brother Rory is an assistant coach at Anoka Ramsey CC. His other brother Jay is the Assistant Athletic Director at San Diego State. .
