The Cobbers once again dominated from the outset as they claimed all three doubles victories. The #1 doubles team of Jordy Kamerling and William Wischer won 8-4 over Drew Erie and David Narvaez to push their season record to 5-1. Ryan Smith and Kevin Goihl followed suit by picking up a similar 8-4 decision, while the #3 doubles team of Paul Tuchscherer and Eric Torres won 8-3. Tuchscherer and Torres are undefeated (3-0) on the year since being teamed at the #3 spot after Tuchscherer returned to the lineup following an injury.

The singles competition was more of the same as Concordia won five of the six matches. Kamerling waltzed to a 6-1, 6-3 victory to even his overall record at 3-3.

Wischer joined his doubles partner by capturing a nail-biting 6-4, 4-6, 10-8 win in the super-tie breaker at #2 singles. The match at #3 sinlges was the most closely contested of the evening as Concordia's Ryan Smith outlasted Mike Matsuura 7-5, 2-6, 11-9.

Tuchscherer remained perfect on the season since returning to the lineup following an injury to his hand. He beat Eric Brandenburg 7-5, 7-6 to earn his fourth straight singles win. In singles and doubles combined, he is currently 7-0.

Torres, one of the biggest surprises this season for the Cobbers, picked up an easy 6-0, 6-2 win at #5 singles and upped his season record to 3-3. He had six wins in all of last season.
