Former Cobber All-American and three-time MIAC MVP Chris Coste is making a bid at a spot with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Coste Makes Bid For Bigs!!

Former Concordia All-American and three-time MIAC MVP Chris Coste is making a serious bid to earn a spot on the Philadelphia Phillies major league roster. Coste has traveled through the minor leagues for over 15 years, has played as high as AAA but has never earned a call-up from a major league team. This spring he is hitting over .400 and has a pair of game-winning RBI's - including one against the New York Yankees.

The Concordia sports information department will attempt to post up-to-date articles and statistics on Chris so Cobber fans can track his progress in spring training with the Phillies in Florida.
