Concordia-Moorhead Women's Soccer  Brazil Trip Homepage

The Concordia-Moorhead women's soccer trip is traveling in Brazil from June 14-28. The Cobbers will be training in Jundiai, about 45 miles from Sao Paulo City. The team is training and staying at the Brazil/United States (BRUSA)  International Soccer Institute. 

Over the course of the two-week period, the Concordia players will write daily journals to keep interested fans, family and friends up-to-date on their travels and their matches against local Brazilian Clubs. 

The highlight of the tour will be a game between the Cobbers and the Brazilian National Team on June 26. The Brazilian National Team played in the 2003 Women's World Cup that was held in the United States and is currently ranked fourth in the world. 

Each day the Concordia sports information department will hope to bring you journal entries from two players - one in the morning and one in the afternoon, as well as match commentary from head coach Dan Weiler. Along the way, we also hope to have daily pictures taken from the team's travels throughout the picturesque Brazilian countryside.
