A: If you live in Moorhead, contact the Moorhead Healthy Community Initiative to see if you qualify for one of their scholarships.

Q: What level should I sign my child for?

A: If your child has taken lessons at Concordia in the past three years we have that information. You can find that information above your address on your brochure or call the registration office at 218-299-4468.

If your child has never taken lessons or has taken lessons through a different program, please call the registration office to determine the appropriate level.

Q: Can I sign my child up for multiple classes at one time?

A: No. We don't encourage that. We don't allow refunds so you will want to make sure they pass the class they are in before you sign them up for the next class. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. We would prefer that you sign up only once and make sure your child passes.

Q: My child is 2, can I start him/her in lessons?

A: If your child is 2-years-old you may enroll them in the parent and child class. This class does require a parent to participate in the water with the child. Your child must have reached their 3rd birthday to start in the beginner class.

A: The ratio is generally 10:1 for Parent & Child class, 4:1 for Beginners, 5:1 for level 1, 6:1 for level 2-3, and 10:2 for levels 4-6.

Q: If my child is unable to attend their class time one day, can they attend a different class that day?

A: No. We do not allow a student to enter a different class in any situation.

Q: What should I do if my child will be gone the last day of the session?

A: Talk with your child's instructor ahead of time so the instructor can complete the skill sheet before your child will be gone.
