Women's Soccer
- The Concordia-Moorhead women’s soccer team is one of only eight unbeaten and untied teams in the 414 schools that make up NCAA Division III women’s soccer. Of those eight teams only three other teams have won at least eight games in the year The Cobbers, who are 8-0-0 on the season, are also ranked 16th in the last week’s National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) poll which is the highest the team has ever been ranked in the national poll.
Football (2-2/0-2 MIAC - lost at Bethel 29-10)
- Concordia had only one penalty in the team's 's 29-10 loss at Bethel on Saturday. It is the second time this season that the Cobbers have had only one penalty in a game. CC also had only one penalty in the season opening win over nationally ranked Willamette. Concordia leads the MIAC in fewest penalties. The Cobbers have taken only 12 penalties in their first four games.
- Concordia senior kicker Carl Hauser (Fergus Falls, Minn.) leads the MIAC in field goal percentage. Hauser connected on four of his first five field goal attempts. He is also tied for second in scoring among kickers with 22 points.
Volleyball (7-4/3-1 MIAC - lost to #6 St. Thomas 3-1/beat Macalester 3-1)
National Ranking - 17th in the latest AVCA National Poll
- Concordia is ranked 17th in last week’s American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) national poll which marks the 60th consecutive week that the Cobbers have been ranked in the top 25 of the nation. That streak is a conference record is currently tops in the MIAC.
- Concordia sophomore Jenna Green (Dilworth, Minn./D-G-F) posted a career-high 21 kills in the Cobbers' 3-1 win over Macalester on Tuesday. Green leads the team in kills with 145. She is third in the MIAC in kills.
Men's Soccer (4-6-0/2-3-0 MIAC - beat St. Olaf 2-1 OT/beat Bethel 2-1)
- Concordia snapped a six-game losing skid when they beat regionally-ranked St. Olaf on Saturday. It was the first win for the Cobbers over a regionally ranked team since 2001 when CC beat Luther 1-0 in OT at the beginning of the season
- Cobber sophomore Riley McGlynn (Hampstead, N.C.) scored the game-winning goal in overtime in the team's win over St. Olaf. He also notched a goal in the win over Bethel. He has now scored in three of the last four games. McGlynn leads the team in scoring with five goals for 10 points.

- The Cobbers lead the MIAC in fewest goals allowed. CC has only allowed four goals in their first nine games and has not given up more than one goal in any of their first nine contests. They have also allowed only one goal in their first five conference games.
Men's Cross Country (competed at the Roy Griak Invite)
- Concordia took four runners to the massive Roy Griak Invitational hosted by the University of Minnesota last weekend. All four Cobber runners finished under the 31-minute mark and gained valuable experience in the largest cross country meet in the upper midwest.
- For the third straight meet of the season Cobber freshman Brad McConn (Fargo, N.D./Fargo South) led the team across the finish line. On Saturday at the Roy Griak Invitational, McConn ran a 27:58.0 and finished in 100th place.
Women's Cross Country (finished 20th at the Roy Griak Invite)
- Concordia was led by freshman Elisabeth Hanson (Moorhead, Minn.)
She ran a 24:44.0 and finished in 89th place.
She was one of seven Cobber runners who all finished within two minutes of each other.
- As a team Concordia finished 20th in the Roy Griak Invite on Saturday. The meet was the largest of the year with 37 NCAA Division III teams competing in the field.
Men's Golf (finished 2nd at the St. Olaf Invite)
- The Concordia-Moorhead men’s golf team is coming off their best finish of the season as they placed second at the St. Olaf Invitational last weekend. The Cobbers were only three shots behind team champion Bemidji State and beat the other six MIAC schools at the meet. It marked the second straight meet that Concordia has finished as one of the top two conference schools at a multi-MIAC invitational.
- Concordia is led by junior Zach Kappes (Moorhead, Minn.) and sophomore Pat Deitz (Moorhead, Minn.). They are part of a group of eight CC players that are all averaging under 79.0. The Cobbers also have 10 golfers with averages in the 70’s. Kappes leads the team with a 74.1 average and Deitz is close behind at 74.3.
Women's Golf (finished 13th at the SMSU Mustang Invite)
- Concordia enters the MIAC Championship Meet this weekend on the heels of one of their busiest, and most competitive, schedules in recent history. The Cobbers competed in six different multiple-team invitationals including several that featured the top teams from the MIAC and the region. Concordia has tasted success in a pair of meets this season. The Cobbers won the UM-Morris Invite and finished second at the Jamestown Invitational.
- Concordia is led by junior Hilary Vokovan (Coon Rapids, Minn.) who has an 86.1 average over her nine rounds of play this year. She is coming off her best round of the season when she fired an 80 in the opening round of the Southwest Minnesota State Invitational last weekend. Vokovan has seven of the team’s lowest rounds of the year.
