TWIN CITIES , Minn. -- Proving that her third-place performance at the Montana State Invitational was no fluke, Concordia senior Natalie Hanson raced to a fourth-place finish at the very competitive Roy Griak Invitational held at Les Bolstad Golf Course in the Twin Cities.

Hanson was one of 336 runners in the NCAA Division III flight of the meet. She covered the course in a time of 22:34.30. Hanson finished 25th in a time of 24:21.00 last year at the same meet.

Hanson has now placed in the top six in each of the three Concordia meets this season.

As a team, the Cobbers finished eighth in the 28-team field. Concordia was fifth among the nine MIAC schools that participated in the meet. The eighth-place finish is one spot higher than last year.

Concordia track and field standout Alissa Bilden was the second highest finisher for Marv Roeske's crew. Bilden ran a 24:17 and finished 33rd. Fellow junior Erica Lundgren placed 50th with a time of 24:43. Both Bilden and Lundgren shaved a minute off of their 2004 times. Lindsay Kuznia came in 59 seconds after Lundgren and placed 83rd. Rachel Dwyer rounded out the top five for Concordia. She finished in a time of 26:04.
