NCAA Regional Meet Individual Results


WAVERLY, Iowa-- Concordia finished their 2005 season by finishing 16th at the NCAA Central Region Meet held at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. The 16th place finish is up one spot from last year when they placed 17th.

All four of the top Cobber runners finished within 40 seconds, and nine places, of one another. Matt Putratz led the quartet of Concordia harriers by finishing 95th with a time of 28:19.30. It is the fifth straight meet that Putratz has been the top Cobber finisher.

Jason Callander finished less than seven seconds behind Putratz. He clocked a 28:26.60 and finished 98th. Brandon Huether was right behind Callander, completing the course in 28:28.30 and finishing 99th.

Aaron Korf completed the top four by running a 28:57.90 and finishing in the 104th spot.

Alex Berg rounded out the top five for Concordia. He put up a time of 29:40.20 and finished 115th.
