Complete Jamestown Invitational Results JAMESTOWN, N.D.-- After having a break of over a month from their last competitive meet, Concordia finished fourth at the Jamestown Invitational on Friday at the Hillcrest Golf Course in Jamestown N.D. The Cobbers were led by Matt Putratz, who is establishing himself as the team's #1 runner. Putratz finished seventh in the individual standings, and it is the second straight meet that he has led the Cobber harriers. Putratz' time of 27:59.00 is a personal best. Concordia freshman Brandon Huether also placed in the top 20 at the meet. He finished 18th in a time of 29:13.00. That marks a huge improvement from his first meet where he finished 30th at the Dragon Invite. Dan Bye finished just outside the top 20, finishing in 22nd in a time of 29:25.00. Jason Callander and Aaron Korf paced each other throughout the meet and finished in an identical time of 29:37.00. Callander was awarded 27th place and Korf finished 28th. The Cobbers will return to action on Saturday, Oct. 15 when they compete at the UW-Superior Invitational at the Nemadji Golf Course at 11:00am.
