PROCESS:
Any Physical Plant employee can nominate a co-worker for this award on a monthly basis – they do not have to be in the same work group.
- A Peer Recognition Form must be completed with the following information:
- Name of the submitter
- Reason for the recognition with a specific comment
- Name of the person being recognized
- Nominations must be received in the Physical Plant office by the last business day of the month.
- The front office staff will draw a winner on the first business day of the following month. Each month we will toss out all previous month’s nominees and start over the following month.
- Once employee has been recognized, they will be ineligible for one calendar year.
Peer Recognition Recipient will get the following:
Photo will be placed on the Recognition Board and department webpage.
- Recipient will receive a certificate
- Recipient will receive a gift
