Mission


The Physical Plant Department’s mission is to provide the best possible facilities to support those who work and study at Concordia College.  The Physical Plant is a service department responsible for maintaining and repairing the campus facilities, special event setups, and for improvement and renovation projects.

Because requests need to be prioritized and scheduled, it is important to give proper notification of a needed repair or event. The Physical Plant Department can be contacted at (218) 299-3362.   


Location


The Office of Physical Plant is located on the northwest side of campus.  It is located west of the Berg Steam Heating Plant.

Hours of Operation


Our hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.  You may contact us at our main number (218) 299-3362 between these hours.  All non-emergency work requests may be submitted online or by calling 299-3362. 


Emergency Service

All calls for emergency service (situation that are life threatening or likely to cause severe damage to a college building or facility) should be called in immediately.

At night, during weekends, or on holidays, the Campus Security office, 299-3123, should be called in the event of an emergency.
