Submitting Proposals Experimenters wishing to submit proposals using the MoNA/Sweeper facility should contact the Chairperson of the MoNA Collaboration (Dr. Paul DeYoung, deyoung@hope.edu ) at least 30 days before submitting a proposal to the PAC.
