Proposals

Experimenters wishing to submit proposals using the MoNA/Sweeper facility should contact the Chairperson of the MoNA Collaboration (Dr. Robert A. Haring-Kaye,rakaye@owu.edu) at least 30 days before submitting a proposal to the PAC.
