The Center Director Jim Legler, Ph.D., is the director of the Center for Ethical Leadership and is an associate professor of business at Concordia College. He is actively involved in teaching leadership courses at Concordia, designing and conducting programs in leadership and business ethics, and conducting research in business ethics. |

has a Ph.D. in organizational development and corporate training from
Oregon State University; an M.B.A. from Marylhurst University Portland,
Oregon; and an undergraduate degree from Concordia College.
