| • The Mori no Ike Founders Fund (Japanese) |

In addition to these scholarship funds, we also have two
endowments that provide support for two important aspects
of our program:
• The Olsen International Day Fund provides funding
to support the United Nations Summit simulation at each
International Day celebration.
• The David Erceg Endowment for Food Service Staff
Development has been established in memory of David Erceg,
who introduced the idea of culturally authentic cuisine
to Language Villages. This fund will ensure that current
and future food service staff are able to develop the necessary
skills to prepare culturally authentic meals in all of our
programs.
