Concordia College is an institution of the Evangelical Lutheran Church
in America which seeks to be a faithful partner with congregations and
other institutions of the Church in the exercise of ministry in the
name of Christ.
The relationship between church and college is dynamic and the expression
of that relationship is found in many and varied forms. One link which
connects Concordia and the rest of the church is the Office of Church
Relations.
The annual college directory says, "The Office of Church Relations develops
and strengthens relationships between Concordia and the congregations
in the college corporate territory. Church relations provides services
to the college's constituent congregations and seeks new, creative ways
to nurture and support the ministry of those congregations. The office
also has the responsibility of coordinating the activities of the Concordia
College Corporation."
