![]() Key Leadership Changes Announced
The Business Affairs and Development divisions made changes at the turn of the calendar year. President Pamela Jolicoeur divided the responsibilities of the vice president for Business Affairs into two positions to better oversee the growing complexity of the business affairs portfolio. Werner Golling now serves as vice president for Operations and Linda Brown, formerly vice president for Development, serves as vice president for Finance and Treasurer. Eric Johnson took lead of Development, now renamed Advancement. Golling will be responsible for the Physical Plant, including security and transportation, the campus master plan, Dining Services, Cobber Kids, the Cobber Bookstore and summer conferences. Brown will be responsible for the Business Office, financial management and planning, Human Resources, risk management and Church Relations. Johnson was promoted from associate vice president for Development to vice president for Advancement, formerly known as Development. The office's name was changed to better reflect the Office of Alumni Relations' component of the division. "One of the things I have appreciated most since coming to Concordia is how well the Cabinet works as a team," says Jolicoeur. "These changes are designed to enhance their collaboration in strategically positioning Concordia for the future." - Back to eNews | |
