Offices performing outreach and community functions as well as college services are located here, including CHARIS Ecumenical Center for Church and Community, F/M Communiversity, Office of International Education, Cultural Events, the studios and offices of KCCM-FM/KCCD-FM Minnesota Public Radio, Northwestern Minnesota Synod of the ELCA, and Division for Outreach in Region 3 of the ELCA.
