Located two miles south of the campus, the facility was purchased and remodeled by the college in 1987. In 1997, the All-American Athletic Club leases the facility from Concordia, and a comprehensive remodel took place. This fitness and social center is open to students, faculty and staff, and their families. The club has five racquetball courts, two walleyball courts, a mirrored aerobics and dance studio, a free-weight room, a machine-weight training room, aerobic stairmasters, treadmills, stationary bikes, two saunas and two whirlpools, and lounge and games areas.
