Jan Quam Retirement Reception

Join Dining Services as we thank Jan Quam for all of her hard work and dedication to Concordia College for nearly 26 years.

On May 15, 1987, Jan accepted a position in meal ingredient. Throughout the years she would help implement bakery meal ingredient, work as a cook in Grant and the Normandy, drive truck, act as a custodian and then move back to meal ingredient for contracts. All in all, Jan has worked in every Dining Services department other than the office.
