Phone System Upgrade 12/26-12/28

We have scheduled maintenance on our campus phone system over Christmas break 12/26 to 12/28. During this time there may be brief periods where your phone may be out of service. The primary upgrade is scheduled from 5pm-8pm on 12/27.

We do know that extensions with manual forwarding, that you have programmed from your desk phone, will need to be setup again once the upgrade is complete. Example would be if you have forwarded calls to your cell phone or colleague while you are out of the office. If we know about these prior to the upgrade, we can reprogram them for you. We would need to know your extension and the on or off campus phone number you had it forwarded to.
