T.C. Wollan Lecture on Math and Modern Music

Professor of mathematics at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, Dr. David Kung, will be the speaker for this year’s T.C. Wollan Mathematics Lecture at Concordia on October 8 and 9. His talk “How Math Made Modern Music Irrational” for a general audience will be held in the Centrum on Monday, October 8 at 7:00 p.m., and his talk for a mathematics, science and music audience will be held in Morrie Jones A/B of the Knutson Campus Center on Tuesday, October 9 at 4:00 p.m.
