F/M Communiversity Offering La Dolce Vita

"La Dolce Vita - Sweet Life, Sweet Wine" will be offered through F/M Communiversity on Friday, October 5, presented by Sam Wai, Randy Lewis and Ron Ellingson.  Participants will experience crossing Europe from Piedmont in Italy to the Douro Valley in Portugal, via Champagne and Bordeaux in France and ending in Germany's Rhine Valley.  The presenters will discuss these regions and how the wines of those regions are made and serve appropriate wine, savory and sweet.  Wai, Lewis and Ellingson are wine afficionados who are well known for the many classes they offer through F/M Communiversity.  Wines are presented in the context of history and culture. 

This course is held from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at Riverview Place in Fargo.  The course fee is $50.  Concordia staff pay $40.
