CYRUS.M.RUNNING GALLERY EXHIBITION SCHEDULE
ANNUAL JURIED STUDENT EXHIBITION
Tuesday, March 12 – Sunday, March 31
This exhibition is open to all student work completed in Concordia College’s art program in the past 12 months. It features the diversity and creativity that emerges from the art department in areas of sculpture, graphic design, ceramics, printmaking, drawing, and painting.
This year’s juror is Tania Blanich, Executive Director of the Rourke Art Gallery Museum. Blanich has more than 25 years of non-profit and arts management and leadership experience. She has served in New York as Director of the Program for Media Artists, a Rockefeller Foundation international initiative that supported the creation of innovative film, video, and new media projects. She has been the Chief Operating Officer of LexArts, the local arts council and annual fund for the arts in Lexington, Kentucky. She has served as a panelist for the National Endowment of the Arts as well as curating and coordinating major film and video exhibitions at venues such as the Guggenheim Museum in New York and Bilbao and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
