Social Work Interest Meeting - March 7th, 6:30 PM, Old Main 432

Are you still deciding a major? Do you want to work with people in a helping profession? Are you committed to advancing human dignity, social justice, and social change? Then the Social Work Major may be for you.

For sheer variety, few professions match the broad range of settings that social work offers. Social workers work in health care, child welfare, mental health, adoption, aging, hospice, schools, churches, human rights, public agencies, private agencies, addictions, corrections, administration, politics, and more.

Come to Old Main 432 on Thursday, March 7th, 6:30-7 pm to learn more about the Social Work Major, hear from social work studens, and learn what social work classes to register for.

If you cannot attend the meeting, contact Kristi Loberg (loberg@cord.edu) or Laurie Dahley (dahley@cord.edu) in the Social Work Program for more information.
