Upperclass Housing Sign-Up

Information about Upperclass Housing Sign-Up (for next year’s juniors and seniors) was recently emailed to eligible Concordia students. If you didn’t receive the email in your Concordia email account, and believe you qualify for the sign-up, please email reslife@cord.edu or call the Residence Life Office at 218-299-3872.

Information about housing sign-up can be found at www.cord.edu/housing. All information, including the sign-up timeline, process, and login to the housing system can be found at this site.

Next year’s juniors and seniors should begin the process by completing an application for housing. Only those students who complete an application will be entered into the lottery. To complete the application, go to www.cord.edu/housing and log in to the application by using the "Apply Online" log in.

Sign-up for next year’s sophomores will take place in March.
