College students aren't, for the most part, actively engaged in maintaining their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The stress of the college environment, the freedom to make their own choices, the power of peer influence, and a willingness to experiment in all aspects of life can lead, not only to students ignoring their health, to behavior that has serious and sometimes life-altering consequences.
In short, our mission is simple: to help improve health and wellness of students on our campus in a hip, fun, cool way.
