Board of Regents

The Board of Regents is comprised of twenty-six voting members, at least sixteen of whom must be members of congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

The Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws gives the Board of Regents responsibility for electing a president, approving an annual budget, and overseeing the operation and management of the college.
