Pedestrians always have the right of way. In other words, it is the responsibility of individuals who are rollerblading, skateboarding, or cycling to avoid pedestrians and yield the right of way.
Rollerblading and skateboarding on campus are limited to members of the Concordia community and are not allowed in campus buildings.
Reckless or stunt boarding/skating is not permitted on Concordia property. Definition of reckless or stunt boarding includes but is not limited to: jumping on steps, rails, cement work, etc., or demonstrating behavior which may intimidate or endanger others or damage other property.
Unauthorized motorized vehicles (including mopeds and scooters) are not permitted on college sidewalks.
Bicycles are not allowed in non-residential campus buildings and must be parked in designated areas.
