Outreach
Outreach is a great opportunity for anyone who is excited to help others and share their God-given gifts and talents through service and ministry. As a Christ-Centered organization, Outreach provides an opportunity to work with a number of different organizations in Fargo-Moorhead and Tri-State area.
Outreach is a two-fold ministry involving students of all backgrounds and denominations who are united in their love for service.
- Community Teams work with Fargo-Moorhead’s local Juvenile Detention Centers, the Dakota Girls and Boys Ranch and the Dorothy Day House of Hospitality. A typical outing lasts 1-2 hours often consists of fellowship, crafts, games, laughter and conversation. The primary goal of all community teams is to build community with the residents and team members, through the grace of God’s love for all of us.
- Congregational Teams work with churches in the Tri-State areas to host youth events. Typically these events are hosted on the weekend and include games, fellowship, small-group discussions based on a bible study or devotional, and/or music. Teams specify their ministry to each churches needs and desires. The main goal of all congregational teams is to build relationships with neighboring congregations and share God’s love with the youth in our area.
