C-Port

What is C-Port?
C-Port is the point of entry to your college information. Once you’ve logged in, you can easily access the following:
  • E-mail
  • College-related messages/news
  • Course management system
  • Housing sign-ups
  • Dining Services
  • Group Studio
  • Banner – the system used for registration, financial aid information and Business Office accounts
Where will my fee statements be mailed?
The fall semester bill will be mailed to students at their permanent home address in mid-July. This statement will show “Memoed Aid,” which reflects loan funds that have not yet arrived. Please subtract Memoed Aid from the “Amount Due” before making payment. Subsequent monthly statements will not be mailed – students can access them electronically on C-Port.

The spring semester bill will be mailed to students at their permanent home address in mid-December.

How can I pay my fees?
Fees for fall semester are due Aug. 15. Fees for spring semester are due Jan. 15. Bills will be mailed approximately one month before the due dates. Unpaid balances will have a finance charge added. A monthly payment plan is available through Tuition Management Systems at www.afford.com/cord. Bills can be paid in the Business Office by check, cash or money order or online by credit card or ACH payment from a checking or savings account.

Can my parents view or pay my bill online?
Yes, if you designate them as an “authorized user” in C-Port. Go to www.ConcordiaCollege.edu/orientation/cport for instructions.

What information do I need to return to the Business Office?
The first statement mailed in mid-July will include a “Payment Agreement and Disclosure Statement.” Please read and complete the bottom portion and return to the Business Office in the enclosed envelope or bring to the office when you arrive on campus.
