Favorite thing about Concordia: The faculty. Every single professor I have had here genuinely cares about the students. It's refreshing to know that you have support.
Advice to new students: Take the time to get to know your professors. They are here to help you in every way possible. Some of the best opportunities that have been presented to me here have been because of the wonderful faculty.

College Activities: Cross Country, Track and Field, Cobber Ambassadors, Health Professions Interest Club, Tri-Beta, Biology tutor through the AEWC (Academic Enhancement and Writing Center), Campus Service Commission, Homecoming Committee
Hobbies/ Interests: Running, volunteering, skiing, stargazing, laughing and camping. I also love to meet new people, travel and watch the Food Network/HGTV.
Favorite thing about Concordia: The community! It's so easy to meet people, get involved and access resources. Concordia really allows you to explore your vocation!
Advice to new students: I would advise to study hard and look for opportunities to get involved! More importantly, try to find a healthy balance between studying, spending time with friends and campus involvement that works for you. Although classes may seem a bit overwhelming at first, take the time to make friends, have fun, and simply enjoy all the wonderful things Concordia has to offer!
